Hello and welcome to Week 21! We're officially in Quarter 3: Facing Challenges. This unit asks us, "when should we stand up for other and ourselves?" We will continue discovering our answers with the start of our novel study, "Tangerine" by Edward Bloor. We are continuing with our Greek/Latin Root Words and start Unit 16: "The Nature of the Beast." As always, we're working on our reading stamina with 10 minutes, daily, of free reading Absences- If a student is absent, they are responsible for making up all missed work in a timely manner. This can be done through Canvas. There is a message on our Canvas homepage with specific directions on what to do when absent. Please make sure your student comes to class every day with their ELA folder, a charged Chromebook and their Chromebook charging cord. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Math - Mr. Collins
